TAMPA -- Prosecutors have dropped a misdemeanor battery charge against radio personality Todd "Bubba the Love Sponge" Clem, who was accused of shoving a Lithia man against the wall at a southern Hillsborough racetrack on Oct. 16, 2001.
The State Attorney's Office said the victim, Todd Leamon, had declined to pursue charges.
