Was there something manager Hal McRae did wrong in Friday's 11-7 win over Toronto?
Through the first three days of a Times online poll, managing general partner Vince Naimoli was clearly leading as the person "most to blame" for the Rays' dismal season, with general manager Chuck LaMar second, the players third and McRae last.
But between Friday night and Saturday afternoon, hundreds of additional votes were cast and, for some reason, most were for McRae, who surged to the top.
