    Army Sgt. 1st Class MARK E. HAIRE has been decorated with the Army Achievement Medal. He is an engineer platoon observer/controller assigned to the Combat Maneuver Training Center at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany.

    He is the son of Amy J. Daughtery, Tampa.

    DIALLO K. SHERRY has joined the Army under the Delayed Entry Program. She has reported to Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, Mo., for basic training, and qualifies for a $3,000 enlistment bonus.

    She is a 2002 graduate of Wharton High School, and daughter of Tezland T, Sherry, Tampa.

    TRACEY D, MITCHELL has joined the Army under the Delayed Entry Program. She has reported to Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, Mo., for basic training, and qualifies for a $4,000 enlistment bonus.

    She is a 1987 graduate of Horn Lake High School, Miss., and daughter of Rebecca C. Mitchell, Horn Lake, Miss., and Daniel E. Mitchell, Tampa.

    SCOTT B. CLARK JR. has joined the Army under the Delayed Entry Program. He has reported to Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga., for basic training, and qualifies for a $4,000 enlistment bonus.

    He is a 2002 graduate of Riverview High School, and son of Scott B. Clark Sr., St. Petersburg, and Danna L. Perretto, Valrico.

    NICHOLAS R. BELISLE has joined the Army under the Delayed Entry Program. He has reported to Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C., for basic training, and qualifies for a $7,000 enlistment bonus.

    He is a 2002 graduate of Tampa Bay Technical High School, and son of Kimberly N. Smith, Brandon, and Ricky N. Belisle, Tampa.

    Army Master Sgt. LOUIS C. BARNES has been decorated with the Meritorious Service Medal.

    He is a 1980 graduate from Hillsborough High School, and received an associate degree in 2000 from St. Leo College. He is the son of Carey Barnes and nephew to Mary L. Ball, Tampa, and husband to Jacquelyn, daughter of Myra J. Williamson, Tampa.

    Army Capt. DOUGLAS D. DODD has deployed to Central Asia with the Airborne Division's Aviation Brigade Task Force from Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, N.C.

    Dodd, an aviation officer-pilot, is a 1988 graduate of Del Norte High School, Albuquerque, N.M., and son of Robert G. Dodd, Tampa, and Patricia A. Chitten, Albuquerque, N.M.
