Coach Phil Fulmer on the outcome of the game:
"We made enough mistakes out there to lose two football games tonight. We're very disappointed in the loss."
Fulmer on his team's difficulties:
"I don't want to be crying over a lot of mistakes, because Florida's got a fine football team too. You've got to give them a lot of credit for what they accomplished out here today. Coming to our place and winning is not an easy thing, just like going down there is not an easy thing to do."
Fulmer on UF quarterback Rex Grossman:
"First and foremost, I give credit to Grossman. ... Grossman, in my opinion, probably won the Heisman tonight."
Fulmer on his halftime speech:
"I don't know if you could put on paper or on TV what I said."
Fulmer on Kelly Washington's first game back:
"He's a warrior. He did a great job of being out there and fighting back from the injury and obviously he makes a difference in our playing."
Strong safety Julian Battle on Florida's position in the division race:
"I don't think they're going to win the SEC East. ... They're going to lose somewhere down the road. ... I mean they were good, but they weren't that good."
Moore on the second quarter:
"The second quarter is what beat us alone. ... Without the second quarter, we win this ball game, but you can't look at it that way because we lost 30-13. So, we just have to build on what we have left."
