After long wait, grandmother gets the picture

My granddaughter had a group photo taken April 19 with her Tarpon Springs High School show choir, "Sophisticated Ladies," while on a trip to perform at the Smoky Mountain Music Festival in Gatlinburg, Tenn. The photo was taken by Lab Imaging of Cordova, Tenn. I mailed the photo order form with a check for $18.

On June 21, eight weeks later, I e-mailed Lab Imaging, inquiring about the order. Mr. Owen Poveda responded immediately, stating that our school's photo orders would be shipped out the following Tuesday, June 25.

When it failed to arrive, I e-mailed him again on July 15. He responded that, although the payment had been received, because of an error on the company's part the photo was not mailed when it should have been, and that he would send an additional photo as an apology.

The photos still have not arrived, and I have received no response to a follow-up e-mail and phone call. Any assistance you can offer is appreciated. Gerda Bressie

Response: Thanks for letting us know that shortly after we contacted Lab Imaging of Cordova, Tenn., the photo finally arrived.
