PLAYER: Aaron Lobb.

POS.: LW.

AGE: 19.

HT./WT.: 6-4, 195.

HOMETOWN: Brucefield, Ont.

WHAT'S UP: Whatever steps back Lobb took last season after playing two games because of left knee surgery, he thinks he made up this summer with hard work.

Still, the injury in which a low hip check tore his medial collateral and anterior cruciate ligaments is not completely healed.

"It's not 100 percent," Lobb said, "but I feel good out there."

Lobb played in Saturday's loss to the Blue Jackets, getting eight minutes without a shot on goal, and was assigned to OHL Guelph.

"I went through a lot of depression last year," he said. "You've just got to fight through it and think positively."
