Elizabeth Lockhart teaches yoga three days a week at the Sunshine Center in St. Petersburg. Yoga can be a great stress reducer for the young and old, but it’s always best to consult a physican before beginning any exercise program.
Stress.

It's here, there and everywhere. You don't have to be the head of a beleaguered corporation to experience stress. Just about any of life's "little challenges" can knock you for a loop, but how you handle the stress separates the troopers from the downtrodden, the survivors from the defeated.

There are hundreds of ways to take life easier. In this month's Sound Off, we'd like to know how you destress.

How do you take off the pressure in a world that seems to be getting madder by the moment? Do you meditate? Take a long walk? Sing a happy song? Play with your grandkids?

Whatever secrets you have for reducing stress, we'd like you to share them.
