Take a load offBy Times staff writer© St. Petersburg Times published September 24, 2002
It's here, there and everywhere. You don't have to be the head of a beleaguered corporation to experience stress. Just about any of life's "little challenges" can knock you for a loop, but how you handle the stress separates the troopers from the downtrodden, the survivors from the defeated. There are hundreds of ways to take life easier. In this month's Sound Off, we'd like to know how you destress. How do you take off the pressure in a world that seems to be getting madder by the moment? Do you meditate? Take a long walk? Sing a happy song? Play with your grandkids? Whatever secrets you have for reducing stress, we'd like you to share them. Please send your responses, no more than 250 words, to Sound Off, c/o Seniority editor Sheila Reed, St. Petersburg Times, P.O. Box 1121, St. Petersburg, FL 33731. Or email sreed@sptimes.com. Please include your name and a phone number where you can be reached if we need to talk with you. © 2006 • All Rights Reserved • Tampa Bay Times
