Two charged with robbery

HOMOSASSA -- Two men have been arrested on charges of strong-arm robbery after they allegedly forced two people to write them a check for $400. Robert Lockley, 31, of Crystal River, and Cedric Joyner, 22, of Lecanto, were being held Friday at the Citrus County jail. According to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, the men drove to a residence in Homosassa and threatened to hurt the two alleged victims, a man and a woman, if they did not write the check.
