By ALEX LEARY, Times Staff Writer This 'after you' may be polite, but is it nice?A packed audience jostled for position during the Crystal River City Council meeting last week, with each person giving their 2 cents' worth on the controversial building height ordinance. Two familiar figures rose at the same time: former Mayor Curtis Rich and Phil Kofmehl, owner of Charlie's Fish House. The ex-mayor deferred to the man in the front of the room. "Age before beauty," Rich said. Amid the laughter, Kofmehl replied, "He's probably right."
