Political debate comes to TV

The League of Women Voters will moderate a half-hour debate by the candidates for Hillsborough County Commission Districts 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7. Coverage of all debates will be broadcast at various times and dates through Nov. 3 on Hillsborough Television cable Channel 22.
The coverage will include panelists from the media and the University of South Florida asking questions followed by one-minute responses and rebuttals. Check the county's Web site at www.hillsboroughcounty.org for complete debate schedule.
