Art studio to open in new space

ST. PETERSBURG -- Practically Pikasso, one of the businesses taking space on the second floor of the renovated Bradford Coach House, opens Saturday with festivities from 2 until 6 p.m.

Practically Pikasso is an art studio that offers classes in bisque painting, pottery and stained glass, among other media. Owned by Tiffany Webb, the studio was started in 1999.

The long-vacant Bradford Coach House in the 1900 block of Fourth Street N came back to life with the arrival of Outback Steakhouse, which opened at the beginning of August. Outback is taking a large chunk of the ground floor. At the other end of the building on the ground floor is Panera Bread bakery and cafe, which opened last month.

The Glasure Group, a public relations and special events group, has space on the second floor, and an optometrist shop is between Outback and Panera Bread.
