MIAMI -- Dolphins receiver Oronde Gadsden might miss the rest of the season after spraining his left wrist Sunday against the Broncos.
Miami's other starting receiver, Chris Chambers, has a concussion and is questionable.
Dedric Ward and James McKnight would start if needed.
BEARS: Two MRIs revealed quarterback Jim Miller has tendinitis in his shoulder and elbow. He did not practice and is considered 50-50 for Sunday. Chris Chandler would start if needed.
BRONCOS: The league denied the appeal of safety Kenoy Kennedy. He was suspended for Sunday's game for a helmet-to-helmet hit on Chambers.
CHIEFS: Quarterback Trent Green didn't practice Wednesday because of a sore left ankle. Coach Dick Vermeil said there is a 40 percent chance he wouldn't play Sunday. Also, rookie defensive tackle Ryan Sims was placed on injured reserve with a broken elbow. Nate Hobgood-Chittick was signed to replace him.
EAGLES: Left guard John Welbourn, out since breaking his left fibula in the season opener, and defensive tackle Corey Simon, who missed the past two games with an ankle sprain, are expected to play Sunday against the Bucs.
FALCONS: Quarterback Michael Vick returned to practice, saying his right shoulder, sprained against the Bucs, feels fine and he plans to start Sunday. Coach Dan Reeves said Vick remains questionable.
49ERS: Fullback Terry Jackson was placed on injured reserve after he tore a knee ligament Monday. The team promoted defensive lineman Ross Kolodziej from the practice squad and signed fullback Jasen Isom to it.
JAGUARS: Quarterback Mark Brunell is questionable for Sunday after sustaining a concussion last week. Also, Mike Pearson will get his first start at left tackle and Zach Wiegert will move from left to right tackle to replace Maurice Williams, who went on injured reserve with a broken leg.
PANTHERS: Offensive lineman Chris Terry missed practice for a legal matter. Terry has a court hearing scheduled for next week on charges of assaulting his wife.
RAVENS: Linebacker Ray Lewis is doubtful for Sunday with a partially separated left shoulder.
REDSKINS: Right guard Brenden Stai is not expected to play Sunday because of tendinitis in his knee. David Loverne would move from left guard to replace him, and Wilbert Brown would start at left guard.
SEAHAWKS: Cornerback Shawn Springs didn't practice because of a sprained right foot and is questionable for Sunday. Running back Shaun Alexander didn't practice because of a sore right knee. He is questionable along with receiver Darrell Jackson (left quadriceps), tight end Itula Mili (right quadriceps) and linebacker Anthony Simmons (left ankle).
TEXANS: Jaguars coach Tom Coughlin said he never hid any of offensive tackle Tony Boselli's injuries. Boselli, who was picked in the expansion draft, had three offseason shoulder operations. He went on injured reserve Tuesday without playing a down.
