Clearwater woman injured in car crashBy Times staff writer© St. Petersburg Times published October 23, 2002 A Clearwater woman was in serious condition Tuesday after a Monday crash in Pasco County. Rebecca Morgan, 32, was turning west onto State Road 52 from northbound Moon Lake Road about 3:50 p.m., Florida Highway Patrol troopers said. A Clearwater man driving a 2002 Toyota east on State Road 52 ran a red light and hit her 2000 Mitsubishi, troopers said. The Toyota's driver, Thomas J. Daniel, suffered minor injuries in the wreck. He turns 22 today. Morgan was flown to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, a hospital spokeswoman said. Serious condition means that Morgan's vital signs may be unstable and not with normal limits. She is acutely ill. Troopers were investigating the crash on Tuesday. © 2006 • All Rights Reserved • Tampa Bay Times
