LARGO -- A father was arrested Saturday, accused of leaving his four young children home alone while he went to work.

Keith L. Holloway, 33, was arrested on a child neglect charge Saturday morning. Largo police said Holloway left the children, all under the age of 6, home alone when he headed to work about 7 a.m. Saturday.

Holloway works for the city of St. Petersburg, arrest reports said.

Neighbors found the children that morning outside "with very little to wear in cold conditions," an arrest report said.

Police arrested Holloway about 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

He posted $10,000 bail and was released from the Pinellas County Jail early Sunday, court records show.
