Chorales perform Haydn, Beethoven
Choral masterpieces are the order of the weekend. The Florida Orchestra and the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay, above, conducted by chorus artistic director Richard Zielinski, perform Haydn's oratorio The Creation. The text, drawn from Genesis and Paradise Lost, will be sung in English. Performances are 8 p.m. Friday at Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, 8 p.m. Saturday at Mahaffey Theater and 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Ruth Eckerd Hall. Tickets: $20-$42.
