CARDINALS: Rookie Jason McAddley, starting in place of injured David Boston, caught five passes for 113 yards in his second NFL game. ... Arizona has had crowds of fewer than 30,000 for three of five home games.

EAGLES: Punter Sean Landeta played in his 250th game and return specialist Brian Mitchell played in his 200th. ... David Akers has made nine straight field goals since missing a 50-yarder two weeks ago. The All-Pro is 21-for-22.

49ERS: Tackle Derrick Deese wore a microphone during the game. "I was wondering why he was talking a lot more than usual," receiver Terrell Owens told a team official. ... Linebacker Jeff Ulbrich and running back Paul Smith agreed to contract extensions.

GIANTS: Tim Carter is out for the season with an Achilles' injury and Ron Dixon is likely to miss two games with a sprained right knee, leaving the team with two healthy receivers, Amani Toomer and rookie Daryl Jones.

LIONS: The team has lost 13 straight road games and hasn't won in Wisconsin since 1991. ... Detroit had one penalty and a 7.4-yard rushing average but converted 1 of 13 third downs. ... Rookie cornerback Andre Goodman might play against the Jets on Sunday despite a broken thumb.

PANTHERS: Linebacker Lester Towns had surgery on his right foot and will miss the rest of the season. Middle linebacker Dan Morgan is doubtful against the Bucs with a groin injury.

RAMS: Isaac Bruce has 59 touchdowns for second on the team's list. He had been tied with Eric Dickerson. ... The team had lost 21 straight when trailing entering the fourth quarter, dating to a 34-33 victory over the Bills on Sept. 20, 1998.

REDSKINS: Defensive end Renaldo Wynn had one tackle and half a sack against his former team. Former Jaguars punter Bryan Barker had a bad day, punting five times for a 31-yard average, including a 12-yarder that gave Jacksonville the ball at the Redskins 21.

SAINTS: Cornerback Dale Carter, back after an eight-game suspension, nearly intercepted Carolina's Rodney Peete in the third quarter, but the ball bounced off his fingers.

SEAHAWKS: Starting middle linebacker Isaiah Kacyvenski will miss 4-6 weeks with a high ankle sprain.

VIKINGS: Former defensive end Carl Eller, one of the famed "Purple People Eaters," had his name added to the team's Ring of Honor at halftime. ... Receiver and kick returner Cedric James is out 2-4 weeks with a sprained ankle.
