Time Warner Bowl

Largo (6-4) at Riverview (6-4)

WHEN: 7:30.

THE SKINNY: Not exactly the kind of postseason action these teams were hoping for, coming off 8-2 seasons and state playoff berths in 2001. Both teams won four of their last five games after 2-3 starts, but the Class 4A Packers lost a key district game at Dunedin and the 5A Sharks lost at Lakeland. Largo's calling card is its defense, which allowed 33 points during the season's second half. Riverview pulled off what might be the upset of the year when it beat previously undefeated Durant 19-12 in the season's ninth game. Riverview, running out of the double Wing T offense, had almost 2,500 rushing yards but barely reached the 300-yard mark in passing for the season.
