THE MAN WHO INSPIRED DUSTIN HOFFMAN'S Rain Man, Kim Peek, will be featured speaker at a buffet dinner on Sunday at Seven Springs Country Club in New Port Richey. The buffet of chicken and steak by Outback Steakhouse will be served at 1 p.m. and at 7 p.m. After the meals, Peek, who is not autistic, but is a megasavant with total recall capabilities, will discuss and answer questions on a variety of subjects, including world history, current events, professional sports, music, literature, geography, telephone systems and television.
