Sports digest Golf fundraiser set in New Tampa

HERITAGE ISLES -- Register for St. Mark's Catholic Church golf tournament fundraiser at Heritage Isles Golf and Country Club, 10630 Plantation Bay Drive.
The tournament will follow a four-person scramble format and begin with a shotgun start 1 p.m. Dec. 7. The $100 cost includes dinner and two tickets to a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game. Winner of the hole-in-one contest will walk away with a 2003 Jaguar X-type. For registration or information on hole sponsorships, call Cy DiLeo at 907-7746.
