The Paw Playground at Boca Ciega Millennium Park opened Saturday, and dogs romped, unleashed.

Its opening makes three Paw Playgrounds in Pinellas County's park system. Anderson Park in Tarpon Springs and Fort De Soto Park also have dog parks. Countywide, a dozen or so have been established or are planned, either by other municipalities or the county government. Pinellas also has a designated dog beach at Fort De Soto.
