CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Jermaine Dearman scored 19 to lead the Salukis, who led 49-22 at halftime on 19-of-34 shooting.

Stetson Hairston had 14 points and Kent Williams had 13 to lead five players in double figures for Southern Illinois.

Murray State (2-1) shot 30 percent and made four of 14 3-pointers. Antione Whelchel had 13 points, and James Singleton scored 11 and had a game-high 17 rebounds.
