Quentin C. Brown has joined the Army under the delayed entry program. He has reported to Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C., for basic training. He is the son of Genevieve B. Brown, Tampa. Alexander Rojas has joined the Army under the delayed entry program. He has reported to Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, Mo., for basic training. He is the son of Jaqueline Franco and Gamalier Rojas, Plant City. Heather Johnson has joined the U.S. Army under the Delayed Entry Program. She has reported to Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C., for basic training. She is the daughter of Susan Johnson, Tampa. Toshia A. Cumbess has joined the Army under the delayed entry program. She has reported to Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C., for basic training. She is a 2001 graduate of East Bay High School, Gibsonton, and is the daughter of Lawrence E. Cumbess, Tampa.
