ORLANDO -- Tishona Gregory scored 15 and Bernice Mosby added 14 and nine rebounds as Florida beat Central Florida 72-48 Wednesday night.

The Gators snapped a two-game losing streak.

Trailing 18-16 late in the first, Florida finished with a 17-4 run to take a 33-22 halftime lead. Gregory sparked the surge by scoring six points on a three-point play and a 3-pointer.

UCF rallied briefly at the start of the second, cutting the deficit to 35-33 with a 11-2 run.

However, Gregory connected on consecutive 3-pointers that started an extended 21-2 spurt that put the game away.
