J.D. Nunn, muscular dystrophy-afflicted hero. March 6. He was 14.

Alfred McKethan, Brooksville patriarch and longtime banker. April 1. He was 93.

Sally Sevier, community activist. April 11. She was 68.

Melvin Kelly, longtime Hernando sheriff. April 22. He was 84.

Talis Lewie, civic and business leader. May 1. He was 80.

Irv Clark, Stage West singer and actor. May 3. He was 74.

Billy Orr, retired county and Brooksville official. May 14. He was 72.

Olie Stonerook, retired Hernando Times photographer. June 28. He was 72.

Jennie Wright, former rural schoolteacher. July 8. She was 82.

Pete Kern, Springstead High School history teacher. Oct. 9. He was 58.

Hugh McGeehan, Spring Hill pioneer. Dec. 4. He was 83.
