    Army Spc. Salvatore Versaggi graduated from the Ranger Training Course at the U.S. Army Ranger School, Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga.

    He is the son of Virgil and Levett Versaggi, Tampa.

    Kimberly L. Dean Scott has been promoted to the rank of specialist in the Army.

    She is a 1997 graduate of Brandon High School, Brandon, and is the daughter of Delores W. and Paul Scott, Tampa.

    Army Pvt. Krystal A. Harrell graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

    She is a 2001 graduate of Gaither High School, Tampa, and is the daughter of Linda and James Harrell, Tampa.

    Air Force Airman Lakesysha C. Love graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

    She is a 1996 graduate of King High School, Tampa, and is the daughter of Steve Love, Tampa.

    Army Pvt. Darren C. Jones graduated from basic combat training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla.

    He is the son of Dana Ingram, Polk City, and the stepson of Fred E. Taylor III, Seffner.

    Air Force Airman 1st Class Daniel R. McNeill graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

    He is the son of Dottie and George McNeill, Lutz.

    Anthony L. Hall graduated from the Army ROTC National Advanced Leadership Camp at Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Wash.

    He is a 1992 graduate of Suwannee High School, Live Oak, and is the son of Diane Mallory, Tampa.

    Army Pvt. Alexandros R. Jaferus graduated from basic combat military training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla.

    He is a 2002 graduate of Durant High School, Plant City, and is the son of Dee A. Justice, Lithia.

    Michael J. Seay has been promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel in the Air Force. He is an instructor pilot assigned to the 3rd Flying Training Squadron at Moody Air Force Base, Valdosta, Ga.

    He is 1982 graduate of Robinson High School, Tampa. He earned a bachelor's degree in 1986 from the University of Florida, Gainesville, and a master's degree in 1995 from the University of South Dakota, Sioux Falls.

    He is the son of Jimmy B. and Anna M. Seay, Tampa.

    Army Spc. Katherine A. Thomas graduated from the U.S. Army Primary Leadership Development Course at the Noncommissioned Officer Academy at Fort Knox, Ky.

    She is a patient administration specialist assigned to Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C. She is the daughter of Patricia F. Coggins, Tampa.

    Army Spc. David T. Bath graduated from the U.S. Army Primary Leadership Development Course at the Noncommissioned Officer Academy at Fort Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska.

    He is a flight crew member assigned to the 4th Battalion, 123rd Aviation Regiment at Fort Wainwright, Fairbanks, Alaska.

    He is a 1994 graduate of Plant City High School, Plant City, and is the son of Ben E. Bath, Citra, and Dorothy R. Bryant, Plant City.

    Dan Nelson has been promoted to the rank of major in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he is an element leader.

    He received a bachelor's degree in 1991 from the University of Florida, Gainesville, and a master's degree in 1997 from the University of Miami, Coral Gables. He is the son of Paul T. Nelson, Valrico.
