Neighborhood leaders call for crackdown on drugs
ST. PETERSBURG -- Three neighborhood association presidents said Thursday that drug dealers are becoming more brazen because the Police Department is reluctant to crack down on drug crimes.

Man shot, killed in Midtown area; 2nd homicide in 2002
ST. PETERSBURG -- A 21-year-old man was shot to death on a street in the Midtown area Thursday, the city's second homicide of the year.
