Trade show caters to community associations
CLEARWATER -- The Suncoast chapter of the Community Associations Institute will hold its annual Community Associations Day and trade show on March 8 at the Harborview Center in downtown Clearwater.

The Community Service Foundation offers free "Getting a Mortgage" classes designed to help first-time home buyers go through the process and qualify for down payment and closing costs assistance. Sequential two-part class meets 6-9 p.m. Thur. and Feb. 21 at Morningside Recreation Center, 2400 Harn Blvd., Clearwater. Participants must complete two-part series to receive certificate.
