Time nullifies travel insurance claim
My wife and I booked a cruise for last fall that involved air travel from Tampa to San Diego. Our travel agent advised us to buy insurance in case we were unable to make the trip. We were unable to travel, told our agent this in mid-September and filed a claim as she directed. The insurance company denied our claim, even though the policy covers unforeseen sickness.
