TAMPA -- Stormy the manatee has always been different from his ailing sea cow friends at Lowry Park Zoo. The 16-year-old mammal, with nary a nick on his 960-pound body, has never had to forage for food, worry about menacing boat propellers or suffer from cold stress. |
