Big effort was leading to no refund
Enclosed is the sorry saga of my dealings with Deer Creek Products of Pompano Beach. I placed an order on June 26 and mailed the company a check for $15.68. I received notice that I had paid only $5.68 and the total was $14.73. Since then I have called eight times, and four times I have mailed or faxed copies of the front and back of my check, clearly showing the check was cashed for $15.68. As you can see, I have tried everything to get my money back. I certainly do not want the merchandise at this point.
