Clutching her hood to block out the wind, Nancy LeCain walks alongside the bay near the Courtney Campbell Parkway on Wednesday afternoon. "We came here to warm up and visit our son," remarked the visitor from Groveland, Mass. "But I am cold." Afternoon temperatures at Tampa International Airport hovered around 49 degrees and winds were 14 mph. Today the high is forecast to rise no higher than 59 and the low drops to 33. |
