Rodger Bell, on vacation from Devon, England, walks Wednesday along Clearwater Beach. He says he usually walks for an hour but cut it short because of the wind. "This weather reminds me of home -- not as cold and no rain, but quite windy," he said. There are freeze warnings throughout the region this morning.
