At last, refund's on the way
On June 18, I placed an Internet order with TigerDirect.com for some computer parts. I received then on June 22. When installing these items a couple of weeks later, I discovered that the motherboard was defective. I called TigerDirect and was informed by the customer service staff that I would have to contact the motherboard supplier directly, as it was responsible for the warranty on this product.
