Pastor Rick Moore of the Yankeetown Church of God leads a prayer Tuesday as he re-erects posts along U.S. 19 that contain the mayor's personal proclamation banning Satan and evil from Inglis. Mayor Carolyn Risher, middle, wrote the proclamation last year and placed copies in posts on roads leading into the Levy County town. The posts were stolen last month so the new ones are anchored in concrete. |
