Community Living: Minutes are strictly business
Question: Our condo board's minutes reflect only the views of the majority. Unit owner comments are omitted from the printed minutes. Unless you attend the meeting, you have no idea about the objections that might have been raised. After each meeting, the minutes are sent to the residents and the tape of the meeting is destroyed. Can anything be done to change this?
