Time Warner explains billing cycle
I need your help for the third year in a row. Same folks, same problem. Before we left Florida this spring to return to Canada, we went to the Time Warner office on East Bay Drive in Largo to pay the bill and suspend our service. We're assured everything is okay, as we pay in advance until the service disconnect date. We then pay a connect fee when we return.
