Caller asked for wrong number
On May 3, at approximately 3 p.m., I received a telephone solicitation from a female voice offering a cellular telephone service that included a cellular phone, long distance connections in the United States, Canada and China, no roaming charges, call waiting, caller ID, voice mail, etc.
