Robbers strike several fast-food restaurants
At least eight area restaurants have had early morning robberies. Authorities expect the two men to attempt more.

In two accidents, the drivers collided with trucks. In one, the driver was ejected. None wore seat belts.
Charge is reduced to manslaughter in fatal punch
TAMPA -- Prosecutors have reduced the charge against 21-year-old Alan Thompson from second-degree murder to manslaughter in the death of Christopher Fannan, the Sickles High School senior felled by a punch to the temple on May 19.
