Pay city employees a reasonable wage
If you got a college degree, went on to get a master's, and worked for one of your town's largest employers, you would expect to earn a living wage. You would not expect to earn a salary that in many places would qualify you for low-income housing.

Last week the residents on the north end of Lake Chautauqua met at the Clearwater City Commission meeting to hear our fate. We are fighting to maintain zoning of 2.5 units per acre on 23 acres of one of the last pristine locations in Pinellas County: on the west side of Lake Chautauqua (Boy Scout Lake).
