Fire leads to revision of hydrant policies
Two weeks ago, we experienced a tragedy that we -- like other communities -- train for, prepare for and hope will never come. But on June 28 there was a devastating fire in the Dolphin Cove condominiums in Island Estates that resulted in the loss of life of two residents and serious injuries to three of our firefighters.
