FRANK INN, 86, the trainer of some of Hollywood's best-known animal performers, including Benji the dog, died Saturday in Sylmar, Calif. In addition to Benji, probably the most famous of his animal proteges, Mr. Inn worked with Arnold the pig on the 1960s sitcom Green Acres and Cleo the basset hound on the 1950s program The People's Choice.
