Incentive to switch service is slow to arrive
Earthlink Internet service was providing a free printer/scanner for new subscribers in January. I verified this promotion offer with the company, switched providers, and waited for these items. On Feb. 20, a woman named Delores told me to wait until March. On March 7, I spoke to a Troy, who ordered the items and gave me a confirmation number. On April 4, I spoke to Troy and he said the items would be shipped the next day. Two weeks later, I was sent a DVD player, which I returned. I have confirmed that the returned item has been received. On May 16, I spoke to Troy again and he assured me the items would be sent the next day. On May 30, I told Troy I still didn't have the printer/scanner. He said he has done all he can do.
