Bubba doesn't impress Connecticut
Tampa Bay area radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge made his syndicated radio debut on Connecticut airwaves Tuesday, replacing Dee Snider, formerly of the rock group Twisted Sister. According to the Hartford Courant, Bubba, heard in this area on WXTB-FM 97.9, didn't make much of an impression in his quest to compete with top-rated Howard Stern.
