Remarks on water supply play into developers' hands
Editor: This is amazing. Overnight the whole geological structure of the state has changed, and now we have plenty of water to support more development, more golf courses. That statement, coming from Southwest Florida Water Management District, with Jim Fowler putting in his (development-at-any-cost) 2 cents' worth, has me hopping mad.
