Editor: I am a parent of a fourth-grade student at Mittye P. Locke School in New Port Richey. For the last five years I have picked my child up after school without any of the typical confusion associated with having a child being a car rider. The faculty and staff were out there with the children, waiting patiently for each parent or guardian to pull up.
