Four letters later, Chrysler sends lease refund
I hope you can help me obtain a refund of an overpayment. In early January, I made my final payment of $285.60 to Chrysler Financial for a 1999 Dodge Caravan lease. However, the final payment should have been $246.28; thus I overpaid by $39.32. I have called many times regarding my refund. Everyone acknowledges that I am owed the amount of the overpayment, but no one can give me an answer on when it will be forthcoming. I have been hung up on and given the run-around for two months. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. James Robinson
