Election law complaint filed against candidate
CRYSTAL RIVER -- The husband of City Council member Kitty Ebert this week filed an election law complaint against mayoral candidate Ray Wallace. Scott Ebert notified the Florida Elections Commission that Wallace sent absentee voters a letter that was not identified as a paid political advertisement and didn't explain who paid for it or who approved it.
