Customer care department sending slippers
I ordered two pairs of slippers from J.D. Marvel that were advertised in one of the papers I bought at the grocery store Sept. 20. My check for $16.90 was cashed but I have never received my slippers. I wrote to the company three times but never received an answer to any of my letters. However, I did receive a catalog asking me to place an order, so I know the company has my address. In that catalog, my slippers were shown again. I am now asking your help to either have my money returned or my slippers sent. R. Roberts
