Army Pvt. Jamie V. Taschetti, son of Anna Barrette of Clearwater, graduated from basic training at Fort Knox, Ky., in the 1st Battalion 46th Infantry. Taschetti, who graduated from Garden City High School in New York, has been assigned to Fort Eustis, Va., for aircraft structural repair training.

Airman First Class Ryan L. Reilly, son of Brian and Cheryl Reilly of Dunedin, graduated from the supply management technician course at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He will be assigned to Luke Air Force Base in Phoenix. He is 2002 graduate of Dunedin High School and joined the Air Force in August 2002.

Coast Guard Fireman Apprentice David Walter Crump, son of Bert Crump of Safety Harbor and Janis Crump of Safety Harbor, graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Recruit Training Center at in Cape May, N.J. He is a 1998 graduate of Countryside High School. He will serve aboard the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Pelican in Morgan City, La.

Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Brian Feld, son of Ms. Jeanne Feld of Oldsmar and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Feld of Palm Harbor, was recently promoted to his present rank. He is a 1994 graduate of East Lake High School. Feld, who is also a rescue swimmer, is stationed in Norfolk, Va., with a helicopter squadron.
