Defying the laws of nature
Troupes of Chinese acrobats seldom fail to amaze with their improbable feats. The Cangzhou Acrobats of the People's Republic of China, coming to the Tarpon Springs Performing Arts Center on Tuesday, is one of dozens of Chinese companies touring the world, mixing acrobatics, traditional dance, and ancient and contemporary theatrics.
The performance is at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the center, 324 Pine St., Tarpon Springs. Tickets are $16 general, $14 center members and students. (727) 942-5605.
